This is a Permanent Full Time Position.
About the role:
As a member of the Help Desk team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of customer enquiries that have been escalated from the Customer Support Team. This will involve interaction with customers as well as internal staff, so a positive attitude and an ability to build rapport will be highly valuable.
Skills and experience:
As this is a technically based role it is essential that you have an excellent note taking ability that communicates in a clear and concise manner.
