An ideal opportunity exists for an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full time basis, at Provet QLD based in Brisbane.


Reporting to the State Manager, the primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Administration support for the State Manager
  • Sales Department planning, administration and support
  • OHS administration and reporting
  • Customer Service support
  • General reception duties
  • Assisting with coordinating building maintenance and contracts


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and expertise:


  • Prior experience in an Administration support role or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • High level computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Can Do Attitude
  • High Attention to detail
  • Prior experience in OHS administration and reporting
  • Prior experience in project management
